Brian has been helping fellow Long Islanders buy and sell homes since 2001, through sellers' markets and buyers' markets and everything in between.  In that time, Brian participated in more than 100 closed transactions for properties ranging in value from $100,000 to more than a million and in locations from Brookhaven to Brooklyn.  Brian has been employed by Mel J. Patto Inc., Realtors of Syosset since 2010 and prior to that he worked for industry giants, REMAX and Century 21. 

Before real estate, Brian was the owner/operator of Corporate Cowboy Trucking, a successful small moving company on Long Island.  That experience gives Brian a unique knowledge of almost every town on LI.  While most real estate agents concentrate their practices in a very small radius, Brian's "territory" is literally anywhere on Long Island.  The 100+ deals mentioned above have been evenly spread out across Nassau and Suffolk with an ample smattering in Brooklyn and Queens.
